Pastor Paul Osborne
Paul began serving as Landmark Church’s pastor in November 2024. He and his family relocated to Belleville from Rugby, North Dakota. His wife, Sarah, has a passion for children’s ministry. They have three amazing kids!
Paul was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He was blessed by God to understand that he was a sinner, deserved to go to hell, and that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the penalty of his sins at a very early age.
Paul developed a strong passion for discipling others while serving as a soccer coach for Grace University for 9 years. After Sarah’s dad passed away in 2020 from pancreatic cancer, they decided to move back to her hometown of Rugby to be with her mom and to finish his master’s degree. During their time there, Paul served as the youth director at Calvary Evangelical Free Church.
Paul has a passion for seeing people come to understand God’s love for them personally. He points this out in Romans 5:8. He encourages anyone questioning “How can God really love me?” to read it, ask God for discernment, and to search with your whole heart to understand what it means.
Paul enjoys the audio bible, board games, soccer, black coffee, power tools, meat and cheese platters, fireworks, Calvin and Hobbes, poetry, cartoons, glass-bottled Coke, camping, fire, and the Huskers. He loves to travel and has been to China, El Salvador, and the Bahamas on short-term missions trips.
Paul enjoys serving as the Pastor of Landmark Church and seeing how God is at work in the hearts of others in our community firsthand. His challenge to all of us is to pray, read our Bibles, and encourage one another to live lives worthy of the Gospel!
